AMTAB S.P.A. - ABOUT US

AMTAB (acronym of Azienda Mobilità e Trasporti Autofiloviari di Bari - Mobility and Transport Company of Bari) is the in-house company of the Municipality of Bari, its sole shareholder, which is responsible for the local public transport service and the management of parking fees in the municipal area.

The company has the following activities

• Operation under concession or sub-concession, contract and in any form of public transport lines, urban and mobility-related activities;

• Management of paid on-street parking, interchange parking, signage, issuing of parking permits and permits for access to restricted traffic areas;

• Prevention and detection of parking violations, and generally carrying out the activities of traffic wardens in accordance with current legislation;

• Planning, design, construction, management and supervision of both in- and on-street parking.
